The restaurant under the sea. We never did get a chance to go as it was booked solid from the day we arrived. But we did get to pay $20 US each to have a look one day. Err umm, thank you Mr. Hilton! Obviously I never wrote that letter suggesting they should have told us when Nick booked 6 months in advance... it is, however, still on my 'to do' list
